About PokéBinder

PokéBinder is an independently operated Pokémon card collection tracking app. It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Creatures Inc.

By using PokéBinder you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Intellectual property

Pokémon, Pokémon TCG, and all related names, characters, card artwork, and imagery are trademarks and/or copyrights of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company International. PokéBinder uses these solely for personal collection-tracking purposes and makes no claim of ownership.

Card data is sourced from pokemontcg.io under their API terms.

Your content

You are responsible for any images you upload (card scans). By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not own.

Uploaded images are processed by Google Gemini AI for card identification and grading. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

• Use PokéBinder for personal collection management only.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data or circumvent authentication.
• Do not abuse or overload the service (e.g. automated scraping, bulk AI requests).
• Do not use PokéBinder for any commercial or unlawful purpose.

Account termination

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

PokéBinder is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of card data or pricing, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokéBinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, PokéBinder, including loss of collection data.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of PokéBinder after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
